We use Nginx on all sites specifically configured for maximum WordPress performance and the best security.
WordPress security and plugin monitoring tool – Wordfence? What is used to monitor all of the plugin updates?
We use WordFence and JetPack to monitor the sites for malware and other threats. Both systems notify us of any potential threats to any installed plugin. We also have our own in-house plugin monitoring system, which notifies us when an update is available for any plugin.
Will each customer on the white label get their own white label dashboard?
Yes, each customer will have their white label dashboard on the sub-domain of their agency’s website.
What version of PHP will be available?
We currently have PHP 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3. As support for 7.4 has officially ended, it is advisable to update your sites as soon as possible. We assist with upgrading to the latest version for enhanced security and performance.
Do you handle updates to PHP versions? And if themes break during this process?
Yes, we handle updates to the PHP version. If a theme breaks during the process, we will downgrade the PHP version for that particular site and look for a theme update. We will notify you via email if the update is unavailable or if we need you to get the latest theme version.
How do you handle plugins with licensing issues during updates?
