However, its Magento 2 site was completely non-functional and posed serious technical challenges that halted business operations until a full recovery and rebuild could be performed.

What Was the Problem?

Magento Core Upgrade & Environment Repair

We began by upgrading the Magento installation to the latest secure version, ensuring compatibility with modern PHP versions and security patches. We restored the hosting environment, removed corrupted extensions, and configured caching systems to stabilize the platform.

High-Performance Theme Deployment

The legacy theme was deprecated in favor of a lightweight, responsive, and modular Magento theme. The new theme was optimized for:

DOM Structure Refactoring for Menus
